Job summary

LifeScience Logistics seeks a Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee distribution, drive process improvements, and manage budgets in a fast-paced regulated setting.

We require a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in warehouse management and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, plus healthcare regulatory knowledge (cGMP, DEA, FDA). Strong communication and data skills, ERP system experience, and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years distribution and warehouse management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Healthcare experience in a regulated environment with cGMPs, VAWD, ISO, DEA, FDA, and US Customs standards.
• Familiar with temperature-controlled warehousing.
• Strong time management, communication, research, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, train, and coach direct reports.
• Prepare and maintain departmental budget.
• Lead with planning, design, and delivery of company initiatives.
• Track warehouse accuracy and productivity; implement improvements.
• Interact with executive leaders, clients, and managers to meet initiatives.
• Oversee after-hours events and potentially 24/7 emergency operations.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance are followed.
