Md-Logistic seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage and distribution for multiple clients. You will develop SOPs, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance in a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling transport, verifying shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing quality controls while managing costs. Must lead process improvements and disciplinary actions as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience and/or training in warehousing.
• Forklift certification required or able to be certified.
• Strong Red Prairie or WMS experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage staffing for efficient operations and adjust workload.
• Train staff in processes, policies and procedures.
• Schedule transportation with carriers for pickups and returns.
• Review shipping orders and inventory allocations.
• Audit order accuracy and proper packaging.
• Maintain monthly inventory and overall inventory control.
• Enforce safety culture and achieve departmental goals within budget.
• Issue disciplinary action when needed.
