Job summary

LifeScience Logistics is seeking a senior Operations Manager to direct warehouse functions and lead a multidisciplinary team. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with executives to align initiatives with client needs.

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years distribution and warehouse management experience.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated healthcare experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of cGMP, VAWD, ISO, DEA, FDA, and US Customs standards.
Familiarity with temperature-controlled warehousing.

Responsibilities

Direct, mentor, train, and coach direct reports.
Serve as Designated Representative (DR) for site.
Prepare and maintain departmental budget.
Lead and/or assist with planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of initiatives.
Track and account for warehouse accuracy and productivity.
Negotiate and manage contracts for vendor services.
Promote safety, regulatory compliance and client focus.
Interact with CEO, VPs, Directors, Clients and Managers to meet company initiatives.
