Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and materials operations within a cGMP environment. You will supervise staff, optimize material flow, and ensure regulatory compliance, while coordinating with Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering.

The role requires experience in warehouse/supply chain leadership, strong coaching skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Proven ability to manage warehouse and materials in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, KPIs, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse and materials operations including receiving, storage, staging, issuance, and shipping.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff; manage staffing, schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety, and audit readiness; manage documentation and change controls.
