Job summary

Yoh is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a direct-hire opportunity with our pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Noblesville, IN. The role focuses on warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipping of time-sensitive radiopharmaceutical products.

Initial training lasts about 2 months with a Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00 schedule, followed by a permanent Sat-Wed 6:00-14:30 schedule. A strong emphasis on cGMP, SOPs, and radiation-safety training is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience required.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, cycle counting, inventory control, order fulfillment, packaging, or finished-goods handling preferred.
• Pharmaceutical or regulated-industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience using computerized warehouse/inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse and distribution activities including receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory handling.
• Accurately process, fill, package, and prepare customer orders according to procedures.
• Prepare products and shipping documentation to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Maintain finished-goods inventory using electronic and paper systems.
• Handle radiopharmaceutical products following safety procedures and training.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse and support additional tasks as needed.
