Job summary

YOH Services LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a direct-hire opportunity in Noblesville, Indiana. The role involves warehouse duties, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and adhering to cGMP and radiation-safety training.

The position starts with ~2 months of training, then a permanent Saturday-Wednesday schedule with early mornings. Base salary is $50,000 annually plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience required.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, cycle counting, inventory control, order fulfillment preferred.
• Pharma/healthcare distribution or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Experience using computerized warehouse or distribution-management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures accurately.
• Ability to document details and work within a highly structured environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable handling radiopharmaceutical products after completing safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse and distribution activities including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and cycle counting.
• Accurately process, fill, package, and prepare customer orders according to procedures.
• Prepare products and shipping documentation to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Complete product consolidations based on flight and shipping schedules.
• Maintain finished-goods inventory using electronic and paper-based systems.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain warehouse records.
• Handle radiopharmaceutical products following safety procedures and training.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required documentation on time and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Support additional warehouse and distribution activities as assigned.
