Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a direct-hire opportunity with our pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Noblesville, Indiana.

This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment where accuracy and meeting strict shipping deadlines are critical.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, inventory, fulfillment, or related experience.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, cycle counting, inventory control, order fulfillment, packaging, or finished-goods handling preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment and ability to follow written procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse and distribution activities including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and cycle counting.
• Accurately process, fill, package, and prepare customer orders according to established procedures.
• Prepare products and shipping documentation to meet strict, time-sensitive shipment deadlines.
• Complete product consolidations based on established flight and shipping schedules.
• Maintain accurate finished-goods inventory using electronic and paper-based systems.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain complete and accurate warehouse records.
• Handle radiopharmaceutical products in accordance with established safety procedures and training.
• Follow cGMP requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required documentation and paperwork accurately and on time.
