Keywords Studios Indianapolis is seeking warehouse operations associates for a pharmaceutical client. The role involves cycle counting, labeling, supply preparation, and inventory management in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Contractor role, 8am-5pm with occasional overtime; requires a high school diploma, strong organization, ability to lift 50 pounds, and pass background and drug screen. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience with inventory management – clinical trial experience preferred.
• Solid communication skills for on-site collaboration across teams.
• Attention to detail when handling multiple projects.
• Candidates must pass background and drug screen.
• Experience in a regulated/pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• High school degree required.
• Familiarity with basic Windows systems.
• Proficiency with inventory software/databases/systems desired.
