Job summary

Keywords Studios in Indianapolis, IN seeks warehouse operations associates for a pharmaceutical client. This contractor role is on-site, full-time, and runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with occasional overtime.

Primary duties include cycle counting, labeling, cooler construction, supply prep and management. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen, have a high school diploma, and be familiar with Windows and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory management within a regulated environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic software.
• Experience with clinical trial or pharmaceutical inventory is a plus.

• Cycle Counting.
• Stickering and Labeling.
• Cooler Construction.
• Supply Preparation.
• Supply Management.
• GMP disposal of waste.
• Staging for destruction of material.
• Supply receipt and intake.
• Assist with Special Projects as needed.
• Support Special Security Substances (SSS) inventories.
