Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales Training role within the Pharmaceutical or Device industry.
• Experience in HIV or rare disease is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel and manage multiple programs across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and implementation of training materials for current and future products.
• Identify and implement advanced learning programs to improve field team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and HR to onboard new hires and drive ongoing development.
• Manage LMS administrator and distance learning technology for the commercial field team.
• Coordinate with vendors for content development and deployment.
