Job summary

ImpactBio in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative to support Alembic Therapeutics’ Pivya launch. No pharmaceutical experience required; you’ll learn a proven sales process, call on healthcare providers, and build a long-term career in pharma sales.

The role offers training, mentorship, and a structured plan, with travel within the territory and competitive compensation including incentive pay. Bachelor's degree is required; 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, Pharma, outside sales).
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pharmaceutical experience is not required; drive and learnability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Apply training and coaching in the field to meet goals.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with company and industry regulations.
