Job summary

Syneos Health in Germantown, MD is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and manage an assigned territory. You will implement clients' marketing plans using your clinical judgment and provide educational support to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff.

You will plan activities to ensure territory coverage, engage in meaningful dialogue addressing provider needs, travel as required, and demonstrate sales aptitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years B2B or 1-2 years Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
• Sales Aptitude
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client's needs
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
