Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan aligned with Viatris sales plans, strategies and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to all targeted customers.
• A chieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Develop positive relationships with peers, customers, and Company managers.
• Responsible for ensuring high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather and utilize information from offices and pharmacists to develop strategies for territory prescribers.
• Leverage sample programs, literature and other items to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely, reliable manner with accurate information.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development on sales, communication & product knowledge.
