Access Pharmaceutical is seeking a Territory Rep – Pharmaceutical in Minneapolis, MN to promote products to physicians and medical personnel within the assigned territory. You will educate customers, execute marketing plans, and coordinate with sales teams to achieve territory goals.

This entry-level to specialty role offers exposure to primary care focus, with a field-based schedule and opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field preferred.
• Ability to educate physicians and present to groups.
• Willingness to travel within territory and meet goals.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude; ownership of situations.
• Demonstrates problem solving, analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Proven record of sustained high sales performance and achievement.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Promote pharmaceutical products through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and speaker programs.
• Travel within the territory during the day for calls, follow-up, and appointments.
• Meet Call Plan expectations and territory sales goals while adhering to ethical practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Execute marketing plans and territory business plan activities.
• Support customers with resources, materials, and promotional initiatives identified by Sales Management.
• Coordinate with peers and manage promotional materials per compliance guidelines.
• Report sales activities, territory expenses, and written reports by defined deadlines.
