Job summary

Primus Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Area Business Manager to lead the San Antonio and Austin territory, building strong relationships with healthcare providers and delivering measurable sales results.

You will own the territory plan, execute physician-focused product presentations, analyze market dynamics, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to achieve measurable success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and hit sales targets.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization and territory management skills.
• Ability to analyze territory performance and develop growth strategies.
• Independent work style with collaboration across teams.
• Must reside within the San Antonio/Austin territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals within the territory through planning and execution.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan for growth.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.
• Deliver compelling, clinically focused product presentations to physicians.
• Understand the healthcare delivery system within the territory and networks.
• Coordinate sales activities for consistent territory coverage.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and trends locally and regionally.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional partners to achieve objectives.
• Manage territory budgets and resources for promotions.
• Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
