Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our prescriber network and accelerate growth in the greater San Antonio area. This remote/field-based role requires 70–80% travel and reports to Regional Sales Leadership.

The position offers $80,000–$90,000 base pay plus 10% commission, plus 10% of gross profit from new clinics and above-baseline profit for existing clinics, with baselines reviewed every 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2+ years of successful field sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel up to 70–80%.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, relationship management and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a field territory and hit sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with healthcare providers.
• Manage accounts and drive retention with pathway for growth.
• Deliver in-person clinical education and product discussions for prescribers.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline, and follow-up in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Operations on regional campaigns.
• Represent Strive at local, regional, and national conferences.
• Ensure activities comply with HIPAA and brand standards.
