Job summary

Syneos Health in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our team, responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory in pharma. You will deliver product presentations to health care professionals in clinic and hospital settings, and implement an integrated territory plan to drive results.

You will meet or exceed performance objectives, utilize client resources to optimize engagement, and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative sales environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pharma sales with documented track record.
• Ability to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must live within territory boundaries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Deliver client presentations to health care professionals in Clinic/Office and Hospital settings using our customer engagement selling.
• Utilize and manage all client approved resources to optimize customer engagement.
