Job summary

Syneos Health in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to manage an assigned territory and drive growth. You will deliver presentations to healthcare professionals in Clinic/Office and Hospital settings, execute the territory plan, and leverage resources to engage customers effectively.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in pharma sales, a relevant degree, and the ability to travel within the territory. HIV/Immunology or Oncology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or life sciences preferred.
• 2+ years pharma sales with documented successful track record.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets.
• Deliver specific presentations of client’s product to appropriate health care professionals in Clinic/Office and Hospital settings by utilizing our customer engagement selling
• Effectively utilize and manage all client approved resources to optimize customer engagement
