Job summary

Innovativ Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Primary Care & Specialty in Kentucky.

The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, managing accounts, and driving product pull-through across general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics. You will stay current on products, market trends, and regulatory changes while completing ongoing pharmaceutical training and CME education.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities with interpersonal skills.
• Field-based role requiring a valid driver's license.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to differentiate yourself in the marketplace.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; self-starter and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within your local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness of product portfolio with physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics.
• Develop strategies, tactics, and sales programs for scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls to optimize performance goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, regulatory changes, competitors, and customers.
• Complete required pharmaceutical sales training and CME education.
• Review and analyze product performance within accounts and adjust actions accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to support pull-through strategies.
• Adhere to regulatory and company policy requirements.
