Innovativ Pharma in Virginia Beach is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to manage physician accounts and promote products by building lasting professional relationships. The role emphasizes territory planning, product promotion, and collaborative strategy development across practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics.

Qualifications

• Field-based role requiring a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within your local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness of product portfolio with each physician.
• Build strategic customer relationships at practices, hospitals, and clinics for long-term partnerships.
• Develop strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives, and sales programs as applicable to scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory to optimize performance goals.
• Maintain knowledge of product/service, market trends, regulatory changes, competitors, and customers.
• Complete industry pharmaceutical sales training and CME education to stay updated.
• Review and analyze contracted product performance and adjust actions as needed.
• Develop cross-functional support and communication for pull-through strategies.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical sales regulatory guidelines and company policies.
