Job summary

Innovativ Pharma is seeking a driven Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to promote our products across a defined geography in the United States. You will build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets with integrity.

Ideal candidates have sales experience in quota-driven roles, pharma product knowledge, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of high performance in a fast-paced environment, with a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities or sales experience in a quota-driven role.
• Some education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Demonstrated sustained, high performance in current position with strong learning aptitude.
• High sense of urgency with regards to customer service orientation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
• Knowledge of the assigned territory preferred.
• Must maintain integrity and be highly ethical.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize and execute territory plans to achieve business results.
• Use knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare, and markets to meet customer needs.
• Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development.
• Establish and maintain communications with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Participate in scheduled company sales meetings and district/regional calls.
• Demonstrate ethics and company policy adherence in all business matters.
• Perform other related duties as required.
