Job summary

Paragon Pharma seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to educate, promote and sell products to physicians and healthcare providers across assigned territory. You will manage physician groups, clinics, and offices, align with management to achieve sales goals, and deliver compliant, patient-focused messaging.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and other healthcare providers about pharmaceutical products and guidelines.
• Promote products while aligning with territory needs and company policies.
• Manage territory accounts and identify key decision makers to drive adoption.
• Develop and execute territory plans, including goals and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with management and other teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and reporting for compliance.
