Job summary

Innovativ Pharma in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at entry level or experienced to be the primary contact for account management with physician accounts. You will develop and execute territory plans, promote products, and build long-term professional relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics.

Qualifications

• Field-based role requiring valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to differentiate yourself in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness of product portfolio with physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics to foster long‑term professional relationships.
• Develop strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives, and sales programs as applicable to scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory for effective use of time and resources.
• Maintain knowledge of product, market trends, regulatory changes, competitors, and customers; report to management.
• Complete all industry pharmaceutical sales training and CME to stay up to date.
• Review and analyze contracted product performance within accounts and adjust actions accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support pull-through strategies and compliance.
