Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Sales Capabilities Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for field sales reps and sales managers. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to ensure scientifically accurate and compliant training aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes adult learning principles, VILT/ILT delivery, and field coaching with ~20–40% travel. A life sciences background and 3–5 years in related sales/training are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Business, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or dermatology sales.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales training, learning & development, or field trainer experience.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Must travel ~20-40%.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate new hire, advanced, and ongoing sales training programs.
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
• Develop content for launches, disease state education, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead VILT/ILT across multiple digital platforms.
• Observe, coach, and provide feedback to sales reps during field visits.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to ensure accurate, compliant materials.
• Track KPIs and measure training effectiveness; report on business impact.
• Manage learning curriculum in the LMS.
