Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking a Training Programs Lead to design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive sales training for field representatives and district managers. You will craft content for product launches, disease state education, and competitive differentiation, while leveraging virtual and in-person formats.

You will conduct coaching visits, identify performance gaps, and mentor Trainers/Regional Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or dermatology sales.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales training, learning & development, or field trainer experience.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must be proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint; travel ~20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for field reps and district managers; create content for product launches and disease state education.
• Provide field coaching; observe, feedback, and identify performance gaps; develop senior/trainers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure accuracy and compliance; align with Market Access and patient support.
• Measure training effectiveness using field metrics and surveys; track KPIs for impact.
