Job summary

Galderma, a leader in dermatology, seeks a Sales Capabilities Manager in Florida to design, deliver, and evaluate training for field sales reps and district managers across pharma/biotech and dermatology units.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to ensure scientifically accurate, compliant programs and leverage diverse digital platforms for in-person, virtual, and blended learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or dermatology sales.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales training, learning & development, or field trainer experience.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate new hire, advanced, and ongoing sales training programs for field representatives and district managers.
• Leverage adult learning principles and innovative instructional methods to create in-person, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
• Develop content for product launches, national plan of action meetings, ongoing disease state education, and competitive differentiation.
• Develop and lead Virtual and instructor-led training (VILT/ILT) across multiple digital platforms.
