Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst - Rebate Research in the United States to analyze Medicare and Commercial formularies and determine client rebate eligibility under contracts. You will support monthly/quarterly rebate invoicing and assist during disputes while aligning with contract terms.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, familiarity with Caremark systems, and strong Excel and healthcare contracting knowledge. Hybrid work environment with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or current student graduating between Dec 2026–May 2027.
• 1+ year of professional experience or internships.
• Experience in formulary, healthcare contracting, or related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Medicare and Commercial formularies to determine rebate eligibility per contracts.
• Support rebate forecasting and underwriting during contract negotiations.
• Assist Clinical Managers and Client Support in formulary development.
• Collaborate with rebate audit team on audits and inquiries.
• Review contract language to support formulary rebate contracts.
• Maintain filings for Caremark and client formularies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with contract language.
• Be flexible to support department needs; travel-light if required.
