Job summary

Avalere Health Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead execution of pharmaceutical campaigns. You will develop project plans, manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and staffing across multiple accounts. The role requires proactive risk management and clear stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure assets and approvals are delivered on time. You will monitor progress, report status, and drive process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years project or account management experience in Pharma agency environment.
• Must have an enthusiastic desire to continuously learn, evolve and innovate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of projects from inception to completion, including creating the project plan and scope of work.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk; maintain daily communications with the team.
• Schedule kickoff and status meetings; coordinate with client and internal teams on requirements and approvals.
• Track finances, prepare reports, and escalate issues to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Identify out-of-scope activities and drive process improvements across teams.
