Job summary

Relevate Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of pharma marketing projects for payors and health systems. You will own scopes, timelines, budgets and stakeholder alignment across dermatology and vaccines campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of pharma PM experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Workfront. East Coast hours apply; on-site client collaboration may be required. This role offers growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years pharma agency or in-house agency experience in a PM or Senior PM role
• Proficiency with project management software (Workfront strongly preferred)
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical submission and approval process
• Strong organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail
• East coast availability, working roughly 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from scoping through delivery, including developing statements of work, project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Manage day-to-day operations across a high volume of simultaneous projects with accuracy and urgency
• Work with internal teams to deliver projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies, including sprint planning and milestone forecasting
• Collaborate daily with multifunctional teams across client services, strategy, market intelligence, technology, and creative
• Lead internal status meetings and assist with external ones; capture clear notes, assign action items, and own all follow-up
• Assign tasks to shared services and oversee their timely completion
• Coordinate internal reviews and quality assurance efforts to ensure accuracy and quality in every deliverable
• Critically review statements of work to validate accuracy of assumptions and pricing
• Prevent scope creep by keeping projects within the parameters defined in the scope of work
• Participate in resource scheduling to support efficient team allocation
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve departmental efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Support the training, development, and mentoring of colleagues
• Document lessons learned, update best practices, and share insights across the team
• Embrace continuous learning and contribute to agency and department growth
