Job summary

Relevate Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee pharma accounts across market access and health systems. You will own timelines, budgets, and cross-functional alignment for print and digital assets aimed at payors and health-system leaders.

The role requires 1–2 years in pharma PM, strong organization, and experience with agile and waterfall methods. On-site in Cincinnati with travel and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of pharma agency or in-house agency PM experience
• Experience managing a high volume of projects without sacrificing quality
• Familiarity with pharma submission and approval processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• East coast hours roughly 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from scoping to delivery, including SOWs, plans, budgets and timelines
• Manage day-to-day operations across many projects with accuracy and urgency
• Coordinate with internal teams across client services, strategy, market intelligence, technology and creative
• Lead status meetings, capture notes, assign actions and track follow-ups
• Prevent scope creep by adhering to the scope of work
• Support training and mentoring of colleagues
• Document lessons learned and share best practices across the team
• Embrace continuous learning and contribute to agency growth
