Avalere Health in New York seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical accounts from inception to completion. You will own project plans, budgets, staffing, and milestones across client teams and internal agencies.

The role requires 2–5 years in pharma agency project/account management, plus strong communication. We offer hybrid/remote work and a generous benefits package designed to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–5 years project or account management experience in Pharma agency.
• Experience with timeline development and budget management.
• Ability to build productive relationships with diverse personalities.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and high pressure.
• Proficient with MS Office; Workfront and Jira experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create Scope of Work (SOW) and project plans.
• Staff planning and forecasting for upcoming work.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to stay on track.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and internal reviews.
• Coordinate client reviews, approvals, and assets.
• Monitor risks, issues, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain daily communications and status updates.
• Track financials and report on project health.
