Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related technical field; PMP certification preferred.
• Industry experience: 5–7 years in project management within cGMP BioPharma or Pharmaceutical Start-Up/Tech transfer.
• Platform expertise: monday.com, MS Project, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Key competencies: workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, cross-functional risk mitigation, pharma terminology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead high-value cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions.
• Build and baseline workstream schedules on monday.com with milestones.
• Track cost performance, PO drawdowns, vendor spend, and variance reporting.
• Support resource loading and capacity planning to prevent bottlenecks.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive resolutions; manage action items.
• Assist in drafting 3-page status reports and governance summaries.
