Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in South San Francisco, CA to lead cross-functional initiatives for biotech site start-up and tech transfer.

You will manage schedules in monday.com, coordinate with stakeholders, track costs, and drive RAID logs and governance deliverables across Tier 2 and Tier 3 forums. This onsite role requires a BS in a technical field, 5–7 years PM experience in cGMP bioPharma, and proficiency with monday.com, MS Project, Excel, and Google

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related technical field; PMP certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of project management experience within cGMP BioPharma / Pharmaceutical Site Start-Up, commissioning, or tech transfer.
• Advanced proficiency in monday.com, MS Project, Excel, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, cross-functional risk mitigation, and fluency in pharma manufacturing terminologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead high-value cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions.
• Build, maintain, and baseline workstream schedules on monday.com with milestones.
• Track financial performance: PO drawdowns, invoice approvals, vendor spend, cost variance reporting.
• Assist Workstream Leads in resource loading and capacity planning.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive action item resolution.
• Support governance reporting with 3-page status reports and executive summaries.
