Job summary

Mission-Pharmaca in Mission, TX seeks a client service liaison with 3–5 years of pharmaceutical project experience to oversee small to medium development programs. You will lead cross-functional teams across development, operations, quality, purchasing and logistics, and act as the internal Customer advocate.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, reporting status, and communicating risks and delays to the Customer.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in related field.
• 3–5 years pharma portfolio management experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory landscape and intellectual property.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between customer and internal departments.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage cross-functional activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans and milestone tracking.

• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes with action items.
