Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact programs across functions, ensuring milestones are met within scope, schedule, and budget. You will partner with executives and key clients to drive delivery and value across pharmaceutical development and manufacturing activities.

The role requires extensive project management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate complex programs across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in health/biomedical/sciences or related field, plus equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience in pharmaceutical industry or related functions (QA/QC/Engineering/Commercial/Manufacturing).
• Knowledge of business and industry processes and the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects of the site’s most critical projects and programs (scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, risk).
• Coordinate programs across departments, aligning resources and timelines to deliver outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams and senior management, enabling program integration and client satisfaction.
