Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific, engineering, business, project management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across multiple departments.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates multiple complex projects, managing scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Develops and communicates project plans and tracking tools to stakeholders.
• Initiates new projects, sets timelines, coordinates meetings, and resolves obstacles to ensure on-time completion.
• Manages deficiency tracking and gap analysis for unapproved products to support regulatory approvals.
• Facilitates team meetings, tracks action items, and communicates milestones and milestones with management.
• Tracks contract milestones, obligations, and payments when applicable.
