Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry leading product development lifecycle projects and commercialization initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience or equivalent cross-functional leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives involving senior stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional pharmaceutical development programs across pre-clinical, clinical, regulatory, CMC, quality, and commercialization stages.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned to objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop launch readiness plans and support market access, pricing, and contracting initiatives.
