Job summary

Integrated Project Management Company in San Francisco, CA, seeks a seasoned professional to lead complex pharmaceutical projects across the product lifecycle, from development through commercialization and post-launch management. The role combines hands-on lifecycle leadership with executive-level program oversight in diverse client environments.

The candidate will drive structure, accountability, risk management, and decision-making, delivering executive-ready outputs that move programs

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry leading product development lifecycle projects, regulatory, quality and operational readiness initiatives, and commercialization and launch readiness projects
• Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience or equivalent cross-functional leadership responsibility
• Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives involving senior stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional pharmaceutical development programs across pre-clinical, clinical, regulatory, CMC, quality, and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned to milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute regulatory submissions readiness, inspection readiness, and quality system improvements.
• Develop launch readiness plans spanning Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate launch readiness assessments, governance reviews, milestones, and post-launch stabilization.
• Support market access, pricing, reimbursement, HEOR/RWE, patient access, and field readiness initiatives.
