Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy is required or related field.
• 5 years in a project management role within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• 7+ years of progressive pharma/biotech experience in CMC, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex CMC, manufacturing, supply and operational projects from planning to implementation.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and action logs.
• Set governance, roles, and escalation paths and drive teams to meet timelines and quality requirements.
