Job summary

Woodstock Sterile Solutions in Woodstock, IL is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical projects supporting new product development within our facility. This role manages drug development projects from feasibility through pre-commercialization, oversees tech transfers, and serves as the primary client contact, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, 5+ years in pharmaceutical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering is required.
5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical development and project management.
Experience managing client-facing projects in CDMO/CMO environments.
Deep understanding of cGMP standards and FDA/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines using MS Project, including task planning and deliverables tracking.
Lead projects through full lifecycle, ensuring milestones and client commitments are met.
Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to drive project execution and communication.
Identify risks, anticipate delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate project documentation, plans, and status reports.
Track deliverables, project health, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Facilitate meetings with agendas and follow-ups.
Manage project-related contracts and requests.
Serve as primary liaison for customers, ensuring strong communication.
