Job summary

PerkinElmer seeks an experienced Manufacturing & Tech Ops Process Engineer III/Lead Process Engineer to support Project Farma. You will oversee process design, design reviews, and A&E coordination across sterile and complex manufacturing, with a focus on GMP compliance and lifecycle delivery.

The role requires deep technical leadership, ability to mentor others, and willingness to travel domestically to meet client project requests, while partnering with cross-functional teams and external firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong process engineering background in pharma/biotech facilities.
• Experience with GMP, cGMP and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for process design and optimization across projects.
• Represent PF as Owner's Representative in design and construction phases.
• Review and challenge process engineering deliverables and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external A&E firms.
• Support qualification, validation, and regulatory readiness activities.
