Wuxi Apptec, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead capital and engineering projects at the Middletown drug product facility.

You will steer scope, schedule, budget, risk, and vendor management from initiation through turnover, collaborating with Manufacturing, CQV, and Quality teams. The role demands strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery excellence in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of engineering, capital-project, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading capital projects through lifecycle phases.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP interfaces across Engineering, CQV, Quality, Manufacturing, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and engineering projects from scope definition through turnover and closeout.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and procurement strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional execution with Manufacturing, CQV, Automation/CSV, Facilities and Quality teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and external partners to meet scope and schedule.
• Ensure GMP, safety, and qualification requirements are integrated into project plans.
