Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Manager (Pharma) to lead complex pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing facility projects from concept through completion. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships in regulated environments.

The role involves travel to client sites and mentoring project teams, with a focus on operational excellence and long-term client success across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field.
• 11+ years of industry experience and 8+ years in project management.
• Consulting experience and client relationships with utilities are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documents.
• Strong client relationship management and interpreting client contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing facility projects across all phases.
• Develop proposals, project plans, schedules, cost controls, and closeout materials.
• Lead and mentor other project managers, setting vision and strategy.
• Play a key role in contract interpretation and client relationship management.
