Formación

• Experience in project management and project planning is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and Acrobat Pro.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration under tight deadlines.
• AI fluency and ability to adopt new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Track projects from initiation through execution.
• Support adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Update timelines, resource plans, and status documents.
• Coordinate submissions for regulatory review and handoff to Regulatory Operations.
• Oversee budgets and financial aspects of projects.
• Navigate digital workflows to keep teams on task and on time.
• Maintain historical records of project workflows.
• Assist senior PMs in status meetings and reviews.
