Qualifications

• Project management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and Acrobat.
• Able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• AI fluency and ability to integrate generative AI responsibly into daily work.

Responsibilities

• Track projects through agency from implementation to execution stages.
• Support adherence to timelines and milestone dates for project completion.
• Update timelines, resource plans, and status documents.
• Coordinate submissions for regulatory review and handoff to Regulatory Operations.
• Perform administrative oversight of projects via PM systems.
• Monitor and route jobs through digital workflow to stay on task and on time.
• Maintain and archive clean historical project records.
• Schedule and assist PMs in internal status meetings.
• Inform teams of status and next steps via status documents and meetings.
• Advocate for agency processes and build strong stakeholder relationships.
