• Experience supporting project management and scheduling in a fast-paced agency.
• Proficient with MS Office and Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to collaborate under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Familiarity with AI tools and responsible integration.

Responsabilités

• Track projects from initiation through delivery in the agency.
• Assist PMs with timelines, budgets and resource plans.
• Update status documents and facilitate internal reviews.
• Coordinate submissions for regulatory reviews and handoffs to Regulatory Operations.
• Oversee project administration and financial tracking in PM systems.
• Maintain clean historical records of project workflow.
• Support SPMs/PMs in status meetings and reviews.
• Keep teams informed of next steps via status updates.
