• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly between multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple activities and deadlines.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Willing to learn pharmaceutical/life sciences terminology and business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, dependencies, and follow-ups across multiple pre-launch programs and cross-functional groups.
• Serve as a central coordination point to expedite information flow between stakeholders, teams, and functions.
• Maintain clear, timely communication to keep stakeholders aligned across geographies and time zones.
• Collect, organize, and present project information clearly and accurately.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, and action items with proper follow-up.
• Maintain trackers, meeting notes, status updates, and related documentation.
• Support governance activities and structured reporting; escalate items when needed.
• Follow up with stakeholders and vendors to ensure commitments progress as planned.
• Identify gaps or missing information and communicate to the right stakeholders.
• Support meetings with agenda, notes, and action-item tracking.
• Advise on use of digital tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
• Adapt communication approaches across functions, geographies, and time zones.
• Provide general coordination support to the Project Manager and Enterprise Commercial Head.
