Job summary

Lexitas Pharma Services is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support PMs and study teams. You will keep essential study documentation current, assist in start-up activities, and mentor Project Specialists.

This role involves coordinating meetings, drafting key project plans, and maintaining CTMS data with vendors and sponsors. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in clinical research coordination or CRO/pharma environments, solid MS Office skills, and familiarity with eTMF and EDC

Qualifications

• BA/BS in science or health care or nursing preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating clinical research or in CRO/pharma/biotech environment.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with eTMF and EDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting invites, agendas and minutes for project Kick offs and Investigator Meetings.
• Draft PMP, RMP, eTMF and other project plans for PM review.
• Draft internal/external project status and progress reports.
• Oversee study team training and ensure compliance.
• Track budgets, forecasted hours/visits, and invoicing for PM review.
• Maintain study documents in CTMS and coordinate vendor management.
