You will supervise manufacturing, ensure cGMP compliance, mentor staff, participate in tech transfers, and collaborate across functions to optimize performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Business, Operations, or Engineering) required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Experience with ISO, FDA and cGMP compliance.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily, weekly and long-term manufacturing activities.
• Oversee staffing, schedules and training.
• Lead cross-functional teams on process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO and safety standards.
• Support customer relations and audits.
