Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services in North Carolina seeks a Sr. Manager Production to lead and coordinate manufacturing of all site products, ensuring schedules, quality, and cost targets are met.

You will drive lean initiatives, collaborate with Engineering, and deliver measurable improvements across Compounding, Molding/Trimming, and Finishing areas. The role requires a strong background in manufacturing leadership, cGMP, and the ability to develop talent while managing budgets and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Applied Sciences required.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership and senior management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, process automation, and shop floor systems.
• Experience with LEAN and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing across Production areas to meet cost, quality, delivery, and service targets.
• Develop efficient processes and improvements with Engineering to support site goals.
• Manage resources, scheduling, and budget aligned with site objectives.
• Coach and develop supervisors and team members to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
